Hearth & Vine is a New American Brasserie in Portland’s Pearl District, set within the historic Henry Weinhard Brewery building. The menu reflects a seasonal approach to cuisine, grounded in classic technique and shaped by the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. At the bar, a thoughtful selection of 50 wines by the glass—alongside regional beers and classic cocktails—complements the menu. We look forward to welcoming you!

Hearth & Vine’s menu reflects a seasonal, ingredient-driven approach guided by classic technique. Drawing from the region’s farms, waters, and producers, the kitchen highlights Pacific Northwest ingredients presented with a thoughtful, modern touch.
Off the Vine
With 50 wines by the glass—more than half from the Pacific Northwest—Hearth & Vine lets you ease into your wine selection. A rotating selection of 24 wines on tap keeps pours fresh, while tasting pours, carafes, and bottles make it simple to try a few before settling in.
